our letter of intent is as follows:

Origin: Thailand or Vietnam
Determination Of Quality:
1)Size Distribution (TAPPI UM 21 by mechanical screen test)
Over 28.6mm: 4 %
4.8mm-28.6mm: 91%
Under 4.8mm: 4%
2) Bark: 0.5%
3) Rotten Wood: 0.5%
Quantity: one year contract for 2005.
A) 10000BDMT for the first shipment
B) 20000BDMT for the following shipments
Payment Terms: irrevocable L/C
Delivery: the fisrt shipment before 30th Jan.,2005, 30 days after received LC.
Packing: in bulk
Price: CFR China Main port, China.
Performance Bond: 3%
